    Description

This is a genuine United States postage stamp commemorating the 150th anniversary of the surrender of Fort Sackville to George Rogers Clark, Scott #651. The stamp is notable for a vignette frame shift upward and to the right into the carmine border. The stamp is nicely centered with bright colors and crisp details and is in mint, previously lightly hinged condition. The normal stamp which is shown for comparison purposes to the right of the error stamp is NOT included unless you use the Buy It Now option at the Buy It Now price. The normal stamp is in mint, previously hinged condition with a hinge remnant. Please note that a similar frame shift error stamp in MNH condition is being offered for close to 0!
