As the second of only two owners of this car I want to clarify errors in the Auto Check report.
    1. An elderly woman in Texas was the first owner.  She passed away and the car was shipped to her daughter in Seattle.  The daughter never licensed the car and sold it to me in July, 2000.  I have the bill of sale and State of Washington documentation as proof.  I have owned the car ever since that transaction.  I retired to Oregon and retitled the car there and until today.
    2. The car has never been to Connecticut.  I cleared that entry with Carfax when they found the business there wrote the VIN incorrectly for the car they did have.  Unfortunately for me that was my VIN.  If you look up the Carfax report you will not see this erroneous entry.
    3.  I have documented proof for these errors.  I recommend everyone check their vehicle reports to ensure they are correct.  It is very difficult and time consuming to make corrections.
