    Top Two Stamps with approx. 25% Captured Plate Numbers
    Die Cuts appear to be shifted approximately 1mm upwards,
    partially capturing the plate #s on the top two stamps.
    Shift also moves part of the S in DOLLARS onto the strips
    between stamps on all stamps in sheet.
