Salvaged 6" Chrome plated, Bronze Porthole.

, 6" clear glass, 10" diameter, weighing 7.6 lbs.
This port has 1 1/8"
deep flange and a new weather seal.
This port came from the forward cabin of a Chris Craft motor yacht.
The
trimmed
bottom rim was to clear the upper trim molding in the cabin.
The porthole was Chromed after the rim cut was made.
Below is a picture of the new weather seal.
Shown below is, an example,  of the top of a port, that has been trimmed,
this is a standard construction practice to fit trim in Yachts
This porthole is ready for a
restoration project,
for a door ,
would look great on a boathouse or in a Man Cave.
