    This is a used but well cared for Woodwind Company B45 clarinet mouthpiece.  The tip measures 1.15mm.   It plays very well, with good tone, response and intonation.  The cork,  table, tip and rails are all in great condition.  If you’re looking for a pro-level mouthpiece at for a great price, here you go.
