Brand New Advanced Tank Pod System, DBI-SALA model 8513700.  This is a Tank Pod for Tank Man ways, Man Holes and other places where a person much drop into a hole.  Fits bolt circle diameter 19 " to 36".  Attaches to studs from 1/2" to 3/4".  Three independently adjustable legs for stability.  Extremely compact.  Built-in pulley for lifeline.  Quick mount winch bracket.  Winch NOT supplied but easily available.
