Flexible Construction
The spring steel body of the bit resists deformation without lacking the extreme flexibility needed for navigating tight locations and drilling through wood. A screw point tip helps pull the drill through the material as your drill, which means less effort needs to be exerted on your part.
Wire Retrieval
The tip of the bit features a hole that allows for simplified wire pulling, especially when used in conjunction with a cable pulling grip (sold separately).
Tapered Shaft
The shaft end of the bit is designed with three, flat sides which basically eliminates any slippage in the drill chuck. This tapered back also makes for easy bit retrieval.
