Description

This detailed, well-crafted cone shaped pin base is made of a smooth silver toned metal. It measures 1 1/4 inch (about 33 mm) from top to bottom. See ruler for reference. Perfect for inserting small spray of feathers or artificial flowers.
I use this hard-to-find item for boutonnieres and offer them to others as supplies for their projects. Currently, there are other styles of tussie-mussie / pin bases for sale in our shop in the boutonniere/lapel pin section.

With over 5,000 1920s-40s millinery (hat) feather feather trims from New Old Warehouse Stock, Vintage Feathers is the place to see and purchase vintage/antique feathers for your hats, label pins, hair accessories, and costumes. The majority of our trims are vintage feather hat trims from the early 1900?s, made between WWI and WWII, all from New Old Warehouse Stock that has never been used, and many of which still have their Paris and Germany labels. Payment:
We accept Paypal. Payment arrangements should be made within 24 hours of agreeing to purchase listed item(s), and payment should be received within 2 days, unless otherwise coordinated via email. All accounts that remain unpaid after 5 days (without prior approval from us) will be handled through Ebay's Resolution Center.
Shipping/Insurance:
We ship First Class Mail or USPS boxed priority mail for millinery trims, media mail for books/magazines, and parcel post/FEDEX for larger items. YES!! We combine shipping on our millinery trims and vintage eyes, and whenever possible to save you $$. To benefit from Combined Shipping, please load your shopping cart with the items you want to purchase and you should be charged a flat rate of .50 for any number of goods at eBay checkout (unless one of the items is a porcelain sink, and that is self-explanatory :) . If you do not see this rate, please message us prior to paying for your items and we will send an invoice/adjust your invoice. Once payment is received we do not refund shipping.
Warranty/Refund Policy:
All sales are final with this exception: If you believe an item has been grossly misrepresented upon receipt, please email us and we will do our best to work out a solution. We will give a store credit, but we
