    This auction is for a Horizontally MISCUT
    GUTTER SNIPE BLOCK OF 4
    Mint Never Hinged  Scott #1290,  the 25c Douglass definitive sheet stamp from the Prominent Americans Series of 1965-1978.
    The Block resulted from the panes of 100 being miscut horizontally (about 6mm in this case), capturing partial images of the stamps from the adjacent pane.
    The block is in excellent condition---it is never hinged and has no flaws.  The scan above represents the stamps that you will receive.
