    Description

    This is U.S. Scott #2260b, the 15c Tugboat UNTAGGED ERROR pair.  This one falls into the Errors, Freaks, and Oddities category since these stamps were only intended to be produced with block or overall tagging.
    The centering is EXTRA FINE to SUPERB (XF-S).   (See the scan for precise centering.)  It's a nice copy with no issues that I can detect.  The Scott Catalogue value on this one is .50.
