    This is U.S. Scott #2903a, the (5c) Mountain BEP Stamp which was TAGGED IN ERROR.  This copy is MINT, NEVER HINGED, and the centering is VERY FINE (VF).   (See the scan for precise centering.)  This is one of the best copies I've seen.  It's a superior copy with no issues that I can detect.    The 2021 Scott Catalogue value for this one is .00.   You'll get it for less here.
