    is almost missing on the top 3 stamps.  The inner
    red
    frame
    line
    that is just above the word
    'DOLLARS'
    is almost missing.  The most dramatic of the 3 stamps is the top center stamp.  (See blue arrows on photos)
    There is also some over-inking on some of the stamps.  (See red arrows)
    Note:  As far as I know this is the first sheet of the Inverted Jenny stamps with this type of ERROR.
